My mummy gave me a beautiful pasta machine for my birthday in December, and so far I've made two scrumptious dinners out of it. One was a delicious herbed fresh breadcumb tagliatelle dish with anchovies, the other was a fresh tomato sauce with papardelle noodles.

Ha lexi! I think I'd convert you with another one of my recipes, one with herbs and anvchovies as a rub on a juicy leg of lamb, slow-roasted to perfection. You probably wouldnt even guess they were on it!
